Prepare the Cable Cut the cable cleanly. Strip approx. 25–30 mm of the outer jacket. Keep the pairs intact until routing. 2. Untwist & Arrange the Pairs Separate the four twisted pairs. Arrange wires per required wiring standard: T568B (most common): White/Orange Orange White/Green Blue White/Blue Green White/Brown Brown 3. Insert Wires into the Cap Place each conductor into the color-coded slots on the plug’s wiring cap. Ensure all conductors reach fully and sit properly. 4. Trim Excess Wires Cut off any wire extending beyond the slots for a clean seating. 5. Close the Tool-less Plug Place the loaded cap into the main plug housing. Press down firmly until the latch locks. The metal contacts will automatically pierce and connect to each conductor. 6. Verify the Connection Tug gently to ensure the cable is secured. Test using a network cable tester for continuity & pairing.
